Cancellation and Refund Policy
We at Digitalks Techno LLP aim to ensure full customer satisfaction with every subscription or digital product. However, due to the nature of SaaS products, specific cancellation and refund guidelines apply.
1. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings.
- Cancellation will prevent future billing, but access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- We do not offer partial cancellations or refunds for unused portions of active plans.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate payment: If you have been charged twice for the same service.
- Technical failure: If you are unable to access the service due to technical issues on our end and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 working days.
- Incorrect product delivery: If the software delivered is not as described and you report the issue within 3 days of delivery.
No Refunds Will Be Issued In Cases Of:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with third-party systems not disclosed during purchase
- Issues caused by user error or third-party interference
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please send an email to amit@digitalks.co.in with the following details:
- Order ID / Transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting refund
- Supporting documents or screenshots (if applicable)
Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
